Concerned about the general conditions under which incarcerated persons are held at the Rehabilitation Center for Minors in Conflict with the Law (Centre de Reeducation des Mineurs en Conflit avec la Loi, CERMICOL), as well as their legal status, the National Human Rights Defense Network (RNDDH) feels compelled to draw public attention to this issue and to demand that state authorities immediately put an end to the cruel, inhuman, and degrading treatment inflicted upon detainees.
