On January 12, 2010, an earthquake with devastating consequences struck Haiti. 10 years later, at the time of the reviews, the National Network for the Defense of Human Rights (RNDDH) presents its report which reviews the recorded human and material losses, the interventions of international humanitarian agencies, the many decisions that have been taken by state authorities, the mass expulsions that have been recorded, and the training and results of the CIRH.
