Considering the holding of the General Assembly Extraordinaire of RNDDH on May 11th and 12th of 2017, in which the following participated:
• Six of the seven founding members of RNDDH;
• The representatives of the ten departmental network offices of RNDDH ;
• Six observers working in the human rights sector: Livia BOUVIER, Nixon BOUMBA, Jeanne Marjorie JOSEPH, Gardy MAISONNEUVE, Danièle MAGLOIRE, Marie Rosy Kesner AUGUSTE..
