On the 31st of July 2012, in retaliation to an attack against a police patrol, a repressive squad of the Haitian National Police (PNH) intervened in the Martissant area, in particular in Nan Beny and at Ti Bwa.
Alarmed by the witnesses’ testimonies of the intervention, the National Human Rights Defense Network (RNDDH), conducted an investigation and would like to share its conclusions with all those interested in the matter….
